Analytics Dashboard is a multi-user SaaS platform that helps users connect, manage, and analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) properties from a single dashboard.

6. Data Retention

Analytics Dashboard retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested analytics, reporting, monitoring, alerting, sitemap management, and dashboard services.

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, connected website configuration, and related account data are retained while the user's account remains active or while the user continues to use connected Google services through the application.

Cached or temporarily stored Google API data, if any, is retained only as long as needed for application functionality, troubleshooting, reporting, or security purposes, and is deleted when no longer required. Cached Google user data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion or Google access revocation, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Users control the Google accounts and properties they connect to Analytics Dashboard. Users may disconnect Google access at any time through their Google Account settings.

Users may also stop using the application or request deletion of their stored account data by contacting us.

9. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Analytics Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is accessed only to provide and improve user-facing features that are clearly described and requested by the user.

Google user data is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
