1. About Analytics Dashboard

Analytics Dashboard is a multi-user SaaS platform that helps users connect, manage, and analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) properties from a single dashboard.

2. Information We Access

With the user's explicit consent through Google OAuth, Analytics Dashboard may access:

• Google Analytics 4 properties, streams, metrics, and reporting data
• Google Tag Manager accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers, and configuration information
• Google Search Console sites, search performance data, indexing information, URL inspection data, and sitemap information
• User profile information such as name and email address

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide user-requested application features, including:

• Displaying analytics dashboards and reports
• Generating website performance insights
• Showing GTM container, workspace, and tag information
• Displaying Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR, position, and indexing information
• Allowing sitemap submission and sitemap management
• Generating alerts, notifications, and automated reports
• Helping users monitor and improve website performance

Analytics Dashboard does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Data Storage and Protection

Analytics Dashboard stores only the minimum information necessary to provide requested services. Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens may be securely stored to maintain authorized access to connected Google services on behalf of the user.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Secure database storage
• Authentication and authorization controls
• Restricted access to production systems
• Access limited to authorized application processes and administrators who require it for operational support

We take reasonable steps to protect user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Analytics Dashboard does not sell, rent, trade, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Google user data is used only to provide analytics, reporting, monitoring, sitemap management, and dashboard functionality requested by the user.

We may disclose information only when required by law, to protect the security of the application, or with explicit user consent.

6. Data Retention

Analytics Dashboard retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested analytics, reporting, monitoring, alerting, sitemap management, and dashboard services.

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, connected website configuration, and related account data are retained while the user's account remains active or while the user continues to use connected Google services through the application.

Cached or temporarily stored Google API data, if any, is retained only as long as needed for application functionality, troubleshooting, reporting, or security purposes, and is deleted when no longer required. Cached Google user data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion or Google access revocation, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us at meetus.mayank@gmail.com.

When a user deletes their account or requests deletion:

• Stored Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are deleted
• Connected website configuration is deleted
• Stored Google-related dashboard data associated with the account is deleted
• Cached Google user data is deleted within 30 days

Users may also revoke Analytics Dashboard's access directly from their Google Account permissions page. Once access is revoked, Analytics Dashboard can no longer access that user's Google data.

Users can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

8. User Control

Users control the Google accounts and properties they connect to Analytics Dashboard. Users may disconnect Google access at any time through their Google Account settings.

Users may also stop using the application or request deletion of their stored account data by contacting us.

9. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Analytics Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is accessed only to provide and improve user-facing features that are clearly described and requested by the user.

Google user data is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
